Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing B Bold Lashes studio. Here you will find our policy and procedures and expectation to provide you with the best service. All clients are required to submit a $25 deposit through the online booking site. Although, deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable in the event that there is an emergency and you are unable to make it to your appointment. Please make sure you reschedule prior to 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid cancellations fees. You are able to reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email. Deposits will always go toward your service total. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. If you are running late, contact Brandi at your earliest convenience. As a valued client, we respect your time and strive to create an unmatched salon experience. There is a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD in the event that you are running late. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and fail to notify your service provider, you will be considered a “NO SHOW”; you will be charged 50% of the service total. If you cancel after the 24hr cancellation window, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you are trying to book a last minute appointment and you don’t see an available appointment time, contact Brandi at 843.256.4272 to see if anything is available. The booking site opens every 30 days and appointment’s can be booked during that time. We take your lash journey very seriously; therefore, in order to guarantee that we can provide you with the best results, we log each appointment to ensure fill-ins and removals are done during the appropriate timeframe. Please ensure your lashes are free of makeup, glue & debris to help prevent premature shedding. Lashes are semi-permanent and do shed daily with your natural lash cycle. It is normal to lose 1-3 lashes a day even with proper care. This is why you will need a fill in. Fill ins are recommended every 2-3 weeks in order to keep your lashes full. Weekly touch ups are available for the clients that love to keep their lashes full. Do not pull on your lashes. Brush them instead. Pulling lashes will cause bald patches. Keep your lashes clean to help with retention. (Dirty lashes do not last long) Please make sure my lash style is what you like prior to booking. I do accept picture inspiration but all lash tech lash different and use different quality trays so the set will be similar but not exactly the same. Also, remember everyone eye shape and lash bed is different.I cannot make your eyes look like someone else I can only style a set to fit your eye shape. Please no extra guest.
